In OK! Magazine's feature, "What I Ate Today," Green Nut Ambassador Keri Glassman weighed in on celebrity Holly Madison's daily diet and offered up some healthy tips. How can Holly get an extra antioxidant boost? Incorporate pistachios into her afternoon snack.

"In the afternoon I usually have a piece of fruit — typically a red apple, an orange, or a banana," Holly says. "Today I had an apple."

"This is great! Add cinnamon to the apple for an antioxidant boost. She may need more of a snack on some days; nonfat Greek yogurt or pistachios would be good choices."
