One More Reason to be Nutty
A diet that includes a daily dose of pistachios (about two ounces) may help reduce the risk of lung and other cancers due to a kind of vitamin E they contain. This new pistachios research gives another reason to nosh on nuts, already known to help lower cholesterol. Not a pistachio fan? Peanuts, pecans, and walnuts are also good sources.
